Bank Of America And Short Sales

When I began working with short sales six years ago, Bank of America was widely known as the “worst” at completing short sales.  There were times that I would spend over an hour on the phone(on hold),  just hoping that an actual employee would finally pick up.  Thankfully, times have changed at BofA.

About two years ago, Bank of America hired a new Director of Short Sales.  They also created a new software program to handle their short sales called Equator.  These improvements have really helped homeowners who have BofA as their loan servicer.

We have a very high success rate working with Bank of America short sales in Nevada.  Because we have completed so many BofA short sales, we have obtained some key inside help at BofA!  We have direct numbers to the VP of short sales and her staff, as well as many “Escalation” agents with whom we have built relationships.  These connections have helped us close more BofA short sales more successfully than other Nevada real estate agents.  We have also been able to negotiate other perks for homesellers because of our inside connections with BofA.

Do you have a BofA loan?  We would encourage you to call us if you have a loan with Bank of America.  Our team can answer your questions via email, over the phone, or through our site.  Call us anytime at (775) 287-6132 or click the link below.
